Black Lotus returns to Amsterdam with Ty Landrum!

From 2–4 October, join Ty for a weekend of dedicated practice, philosophy and breathwork.

Black Lotus brings the depth and structure of traditional yoga together with the freedom to adapt the practice to your own body and experience in modern time, creating a practice that is both precise and deeply embodied.

Around the Fall Equinox, for a moment day and night meet in balance. We are invited to pause and reflect on what has been and the harvest of the year passed. This is the time for your personal practice, ritual, and community to cultivate and reconnect to Shakti, your life force.

Ty Landrum Ty Landrum is bringing Black Lotus Yoga back to Amsterdam! You can join Ty 2–4 October for a weekend of practice, philosophy and exploration.

The weekend begins on Friday evening with The Spirit of Modern Yoga, a lecture that can be attended on its own or as part of the full immersion. Saturday and Sunday you get to dive deep into the practice with Ty guiding you through his evolving Black Lotus Yoga system: a yoga practice rooted in the Hatha and Ashtanga traditions that invites creativity, subtle awareness and embodied inquiry.

No previous Black Lotus Yoga experience is required to join. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner, an Ashtanga yogi curious about Black Lotus, or simply looking to deepen your understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice, this weekend offers the opportunity to study with one of today’s most inspiring teachers.
