We now have our venues ready for our workshops 2015 so it's time to sign up!!

The Journey of Yoga
A workshop for all those interested in exploring the wider range of yoga and how it applies to our lives today. We will try to demystify and translate The Teachings and place them in our current context. All sessions will begin with a talk followed by a yoga practice.

We will visit three cities in March and April.
