1)In essence you have to be fixed and calibrated before you run without pain and that might take a 6 weeks to 6months but with good programming is achievable.
2) you have to learn how to achieve muscular isolation and accessing primal such as , , pushing and pulling
3) learn to use your full range of motion for each joint while improving and maintaining it!
4) understand the mechanism in which the body finds its most yet stable and safe position to produce power
5)generate power and strength to develop fast twitch muscle
6) work on either long endurance or short high intensity cardio to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system!
