How much water should we drink per day?

A. 2 litres
B. 4 litres
C. 3.5 litres

Answer? Not only one answer is correct 🤪
On average, most of us should be consuming 3-4 litres (especially if you are quite active). Of course, this might be slightly less or more depending on your height/weight, but many of us dont drink enough!

So how can you drink more?

1. Buy a bigger bottle that sits on your desk or you carry with you. Aim to finish it each day.
2. Make it tastier. You can bottles that have a place for some pieces of fruit (ie.lemon), or you can add sugar-free drops.
3. Put a big glass right near your bed or bathroom so that it becomes part of your morning routine.
