Warming up isn’t just “extra time” before the workout, it’s the start of everything that follows. A proper warm-up gets your blood flowing, wakes up your muscles, and preps your joints for the intensity ahead. 💪
When we use those extra minutes to mobilize, activate, and gradually raise your heart rate, you move better, lift stronger, and recover faster!

Today is a pure aerobic conditioning and muscular endurance day. Running, KB Swings, Sit Ups and the Bike. Simple movements but challenging combined! 🔥

Today is a gymnastics skill development day where we work on the (C2B) Pull-Up. Focus on your kipping or butterfly technique or develop strength by doing strict pull-ups instead 🙌🏼
