Joël Kartowikromo finishes 5th in Europe again! 🇳🇱
Another strong performance for Joël Kartowikromo at the European Championships. Today he finished 5th place in 8-Ball, after a great tournament run.
This adds to his earlier results:
5th place – Straight Pool
17th place – 10-Ball
5th place – 8-Ball
With these results, Joël is currently the best performing Dutch player at this year’s European Championships. A performance we can be very proud of.

Some people win titles.
Others earn them.
And then you have Joël Kartowikromo — a man who does both.

Yesterday, you became Dutch 10-Ball Champion once again.
Second year in a row.
And as if that wasn’t enough…
you also stood on the podium in Straight Pool again —
third place in the Netherlands, two years in a row.

For many, this would be a dream year.
For me, it’s simply who you are.

Joël was my very first Pro Player, almost nine years ago.
And to this day, I’m grateful that I recognized immediately what was inside you:
greatness, character, and a heart stronger than any setback.

You are discipline.
You are fight.
You are respect.
You’re the man who never screams, never complains,
but always rises, pushes forward, and delivers.

What I admire most?
That despite all your success, you have always remained the same Joël:
calm, humble, warm, honest.
A family man.

🔥 What an incredible start to the Dutch Championships for GO Customs! 💪

Joël Kartewikromo has done it again: back-to-back Dutch Champion in 10-Ball, and yesterday he secured another 3rd place in Straight Pool — also back-to-back. Absolute class! 🎱🏆
