Need a compact burner for a smaller boiler or a boiler room with limited space?

The Vitotherm MONO-Jet is designed as a complete packaged burner. Its compact construction and simple design make it suitable for smaller heating systems, while the burner can run on gas or oil.

The standard range runs from 4 MMBTU to 21 MMBTU (6,3 MW). Depending on the configuration, the MONO-Jet offers:

◾ NOx emissions below 30 ppm without FGR.
◾ NOx emissions below 15 ppm with FGR.
◾ A choice of Autoflame or Siemens burner management systems.
◾ A gas train, frequency drive and selected burner management system mounted in the control panel.
◾ An included oil pump set when the burner is selected for #2 fuel oil.

The boiler and burner need to work together to reach the required performance. That is why the application and operating requirements should guide the selection from the start. Other gases are available on request.
