Another punchy Wednesday night pub ride. Some good efforts all round. Thanks to Anthony for pulling on the front into a for much of it.

Sunday spin to for coffee and some excellent cake. Rain held off and a good pace was set.

Sunday ride down to for a blast up and down the climbs. Stopped off at a deserted for a warming coffee and excellent apple cake. Sun shining, dry roads, good pace - Gordon S was dragging us up the climbs!
