Our TriX custom process explained.

From measurements, to renders, to prototype, to strength simulations and final product. Are you interested in having a set of custom aerobars produced for you? Noah explains what process we will follow to make your personal set, to be faster and more comfortable in your fastest position.

Preparing the prototypes!

During the process of your custom TT and Triathlon bars we produce a set of plastic prototypes for you to test at home, on the trainer. You can give feedback on the design before we go produce the final product.

How it’s made: Carbon fiber BTA bridge for the Pinarello Bolide

For about every dual riser TT bike we can make a carbon fiber plate to mount a BTA system, following the original spacer shape of the bike. These can of course be combined with our BTA spacers and BTA bracket for a seamless result.
