Last week, 4 Ilyeons went to the Keumgang Cup poomsae tournament with great results:

Today we had special guests over from Korea! A team of Taekwonship Heroes consisting of school kids visited the campus and gave us a Taekwondo demonstration. So much talent! 🤯
