That was it for the style competitions for this calendar year.
Yesterday was the Open District West Poomsae competition in Utrecht.
"From September till now I've joined 6 competitions and won 2 medals 🥉. Practice makes perfect. And this year I worked a lot on my performance. It's not just about doing the techniques (kicks, blocks, punches) correctly, but also about the rhythm and where the movements are from and how you transitions from one technique to the other." - Fabienne
Do you want to join the style team? Mention your interest to the trainers.
During a style competition you do two different series, focusing on taekwondo techniques. Categories are formed based on belt level and age. So, anyone can join.

Looking back at a successful year of competing. Ilyeo joined about 7 competitions. From Den Bosch to Tongeren, Belgium, to the NK in Almere. Let's make 2026 an even more succesful year.

Today we had special guests over from Korea! A team of Taekwonship Heroes consisting of school kids visited the campus and gave us a Taekwondo demonstration. So much talent! 🤯
