ESH Da Vinci

Today, Handboogsport announced a new dress code. This includes a 3-piece suit for men, and dress for women.

We of Da Vinci are personally very happy with this change. Our association has already had a similar dresscode for years during some of our bigger competition. We are excited to now see more archers dressed well during national competitions!

Da Vinci is organising an open workshop for all TU/e and Fontys students to try out archery! During this (Free!) workshop we will teach you the basics of barebow archery on our outdoor range.

Grote schade na instorten dak verenigingsgebouw: ‘Het is pijnlijk, we wilden net weer aan de slag’ Het dak van een pand met meerdere sportverenigingen in Eindhoven is ingestort door het noodweer vrijdagnacht. Er is 25 vierkante meter aan plafond naar beneden gekomen. Ook de waterschade is groot in het gebouw aan de Amazonenlaan.

Now that the government has started to relax the regulations for the Coronavirus a bit, sports associations will be able to start opening again starting next Monday! We as E.S.H. Da Vinci are also looking into opening our outdoor range and resuming our training.

However, we will first need to make sure that everyone will be able to train in a safe environment. This is why first of all we are creating a protocol and discussing this with the ESSF, SSCE, and all other relevant parties prior to opening. Until this protocol has been approved, we can not confirm we will be opening.

We are glad to announce that, since last GA, E.S.H. Da Vinci has an official clubsong thanks to Jasper Mooren!

Yesterday we had our online GA via Discord. All went well and it was really a structured and usefull meeting. Thanks to all that were there!

This year, because of our Lustrum, the activity committee made a lustrum 88. It is a crazy 88 for the whole year. That means: you can still participate!! So if you are bored or don't have any inspiration, do some of our challenges (safely plz) and show us your creativity!

The activity committee organized the first online activity and it is really fun!
