75KG DEADLIFT AT 75 YEARS OLD! 💪🏻
For the past few weeks, Joke has been working consistently toward this goal together with coach Kim. Joke was showing up for Personal Training and group classes, putting in the effort, and trusting the process. And last week, she lifted 75 kg at 75 years young.
We couldn’t be more proud of the dedication, discipline, and mindset she brings to the gym every single week.
Age is just a number. Strength has no limit. 🔥
