Hoc Habet

Last Saturday, we had E.S.B.V. Samourais visiting our training to try out fencing for the crossover. Thank you for coming and we hope you enjoyed it!

Have you ever had the urge to duel? Cross blades in a 1v1 competition with nothing between you and your opponent? Then come to Hoc Habet's open fencing tournament on the 25th of April, you don't need any experience just a desire to learn and to win. The tournament is completely free (with prizes included) and no sports card is required, so sign up now!

Last weekend, Hoc Habet competed in the X-SYSTRA Fencing Challenge 2022 in all three weapons, foil, épée, and sabre, in France.

Aside from the great experience our members had while competing in an international tournament, our bond became stronger as an association during the trip and made so many memorable connections with the other student fencers from all over the world.

Do you wish to explore a new sport? Have you always wanted to try out fencing? Then this course is for you!

The 3rd Introduction Course is starting on 22 February 2022 for those who wish to learn to fence. The course will be held every Tuesday from 20.30 - 21.30 at SSCE Gymnasium for 8 weeks.

Last Saturday, we hosted the annual October Tournament in Eindhoven. It's really great to have a lot of participants this year competing on the pistes.

Congratulations to all our medalists! We would also like to thank the volunteers and Leon Paul Germany who have contributed to the success of the competition. See you all again next year!

Last Wednesday, we had our booths at both TU/e and Fontys campus market for the first-year students. It was a great day to be able to introduce our club and let the students try fencing.

Friday, the Activity Committee organized a beautiful artistic evening where our club's fencers could express their inner artist!
