Cat cow is a simple movement that can completely change how your spine feels.

Start on your hands and knees. As you inhale, gently open your chest and lift your gaze. As you exhale, round your back and tuck your chin.

Move slowly. Let your breath lead the rhythm.

It helps release tension in the back and neck, improves spinal mobility, and brings a sense of ease into the body and mind.

Even a few rounds can shift how you feel for the rest of the day.
