Happy Birthday, Tom! 🥳
Today we celebrate more than just another year around the sun ☀️. We’re celebrating a builder, head coach and now, a new father.
As co-founder of SEEK you’re an inspiration; not only because of your vision and discipline, but because of who you are. It shapes everything we do at SEEK.
A walking encyclopedia with an incredible ability to know a little (or a lot ;-) about everything, you constantly raise the level of those around you.
And this year, you’ve stepped into one of life’s greatest roles; becoming a father of a beautiful baby boy. 💙
On to another amazing year with beautiful adventures. 🍀

What do you need to do to make progress in the new year? 👉
1. Get strong on your compounds lifts, these are exercises tha use multiple joint and therefore muscles at the same time, this is the most efficient way to train.
2. Start doing specific mobility drills, not just moving around. Training with intent is incredibly important to make progress.
3. Free weights are king. Machines are great, but nothing beats some dumbbells and a barbell for your gains.
4. Intelligent programming keeps you injury free and keeps training exciting!
5. Have fun while training, this is such an overlooked point. If you don’t like what you’re doing, you won’t keep it up long term.
6. Move around.
7. Count your reps! Keeping track of your performance shows you wether you are making progress or not! You can’t know for of you’re progressing if you’re guessing..
8. Just show up. You can’t make progress without doing the work, so Just. Show. Up!

The trifecta of assisting your recovery 💆
Building strength, stretching tight muscles and moving is what we truly believe in. But sometimes when that’s just not enough after a very long day at work, sleepless night because the kids just won’t fall back asleep or a stressfull meeting these little tools can be a lifesaver. 🛟
The massage gun, foam roller and massage ball all have their specific place in helping you feel better. In our programming we can use these as a warmup, in between exercises or as a cooling down tool. Have you ever used these tools?
