5-7-10 Split

Binnen 5 minuten van elkaar, op baan 15 door Jeannette van der Wekken-Moens en op baan 16 door Niyati een 5-7-10 split!

Yes! Here she is! With all her experience Lenny van der Voet-Schweitzer threw her first 5-7-10 during a practice session with the selection of Bowling Association Haarlem. Welcome to the club, Lenny!

Yes, yes, yes! Was there a long wait till the latest 5-7-10 I am proud to present number 2, 3 and 4 of this week. During the National Mixed Trio League in three seperate teams. One of them was team mate Ewald van der Wekken from team Energie Soleil/Bowlingshop.nl.

It has been a long, long time since there was a new addition to our wonderful club. But last Wednesday Aswin Dokter was so friendly to break the silence. Although dissapointed in his first shot he did almost manage to convert the split into a spare. But like Sander van den Bosch always says: 'Almost is just a miss'

We see a lot of young people leave a 5-10 split, but of course also our older bowlers can leave this. This is Wil strik giving his best to spare the split. But with negative result.

During training we also see on a frequent base 5-7-10 splits. In January Iwan de Boer and Colin van Brieren joined our club.

And in the first week of this year Marc Spanjer left his split on Monday and Jos van de Ven on Wednesday. Way to start the season!
