☀️🎈🔥20 September - Summer Games + Potluck BBQ!!🔥🎈☀️

Come celebrate the end of the summer with our annual CrossFit Haarlem Summer Games: a full afternoon of fun, energetic and surprise buddy workouts, hosted by our own coaches Sven and David!
And on top of this we’ll wrap up the day together with a community Potluck BBQ!

☀️ Summer Games: 11:00 - 16:00
The CFH Summer Games are a yearly event for all CrossFit Haarlem members and consist of several crossfit and surprise workouts throughout the day in teams of two. The teams are randomly being put together randomly on the day itself.
The goal is of course for you and your buddy to do your very best to perform as a team, but above all: to have as much fun as possible! The Summer Games are meant for all members, also even if you have just started.

Also you are happy to bring a friend to the Summergames - let coach Sven and David know they are coming so they can give them a warm welcome.

🍦🍕🥗Potluck BBQ: start 16:00
After the Summergames we’ll wrap up the day together with a community Potluck BBQ - a relaxed BBQ for all CrossFit Haarlem members — and of course your partner, friends, and family are more than welcome to join!

So bring your favourite salads, bread, homemade or special dishes, snacks, desserts, drinks, or anything else you love and want to share with your friends & family. Multiple BBQ’s will be installed to be there at your service.

Also you can (optional) pre-order a quality (meat or vegetarian) BBQ-package, provided by our local butcher - upfront for € 12,50 per package.

Come and join Coach Yolandi .plan.b.coach in her new Wednesday morning class focused on the classic . Over the course of a few six week cycles, come improve your foundational strength in the major compound lifts: the back squat, shoulder (strict) press and the deadlift. Learn the technique and see the magic of happen. Fun prizes are planned like and more!

Code Red and CrossFit. We know that for many of you, your CrossFit session is important, and missing it can be unsettling. While classes are maintained, we will be putting in place a heat protocol.

We’d rather you have an easy session and come back tomorrow than push through and end up in trouble. Our coaches are briefed and will be keeping an eye on everyone and each other.

MEET COACH LUCA 👋

You know Coach Luca from her bright smile and positive energy, her hard work in front of the board or whenever she joins class herself. Coach Luca believes movement is for everyone and loves seeing the community support each other inside and outside the gym.

Luca didn’t grow up as an athlete. Before coaching, she spent years as a researcher and lecturer in higher education, only discovering training later in life. That journey shaped her belief that it is never too late to get stronger, move better, and feel good in your body.

Today, she combines her passion for mobility, women’s health, gymnastics, and CrossFit to help people build strength with confidence.

Vegan-powered, endlessly curious, and always learning 🌱 Still working toward one big goal: a strict bar muscle-up, while balancing being a mom and personal trainer as well.

Feel free to ask her about mobility tips or plant-based food ideas, she is always happy to share.
