Vandaag Alexander Techniek les gegeven aan maar liefst 18 (!) mensen tegelijk, tijdens de zwemvakantie van Swim in Balance. Een persoonlijk record 😀…

Making it easier: Colby Kleven uses The Alexander Technique in playing and life. Colby has been learning the Alexander Technique to help with playing the horn. He has found that it also helps with comfort and ease in his life as a tall guy.

Happy to announce that my Alexander Technique practice now was renamed to Move in Balance, and that next to Swim in Balance I also am developing Run in Balance, to apply the Alexander technique to running too. It's all coming together nicely :-)...

News! Perhaps you know that moving is an ideal application and training opportunity to apply The Alexander Technique. Next to Swim in Balance we are now also developing Run in Balance to learn the technique trough running ánd to learn to run lighter and easier.
