New to you Wheeling

Another day, another project.
Replaced all the cables.
New bar tape.
New bearing in the front wheel.
Serviced the Hub.

I was approached to get a bike ready for 6 months of desert. I took on this challenge.
See the photos below.
The following parts have been replaced: bottom bracket bearings, all cables, 2 bearings in the rear wheel and 1 in the front wheel, the handlebar tape and the brake pads.
As can be seen in the photos, various parts have been cleaned in the ultrasonic cleaner, then dried with the compressor and lubricated/greased again.

Bike restoration

Parts removed and cleaned.
New cables
New grease in the headset

Project Sensa Romagna:

New inner and outer cables
New tires and tubed
New brake pads
New bar tape
New bottom bracket
Chain and cassette cleaned in the ultrasonic cleaner.

And a complete bike wash

Having problems with shifting gears?
The Tune Linientreu lines the derailleur with the sprockets by laser.

Wheel rebuild.
The spokes behind the cassette where damaged.
Cleaned the hub in the ultrasonic cleaner.

Now also ultrasonic cleaning. Only small parts max. 10x10x5cm.
