Client wins don’t always show up in the gym.
Sometimes it shows up in your garden.

This week one of my online clients sent me a message about how she cut through some really thick branches during her garden work.

That might sound small but it isn’t.

Gardening is one of her favourite things to do. Her weekly training is making her stronger not only in the gym but is also showing up in the place that matters most to her.

This is what I mean when I talk about client wins. It’s not always hitting a new 5kg PR. It’s not always running a faster 5k.

Most of the time it’s the little things you don’t notice. Until one day you do. You lift the heavy pot. You carry the shopping bags in one go. You cut the branch without thinking much effort.

What’s one small thing you’d love your body to make easier again? Tell me in the comments.👇

You injured your foot or ankle. The consequence is that you can’t go on your daily walk. Just for a while, you think.

But a few weeks later you feel flat. More restless. Heavier in your head. And you don’t really know why.

Your feet are not just body parts. Walking is how humans have moved through the world for millions of years. It’s built into who we are.

And walking does more than move your body. When you walk forward, the world flows past your eyes. That steady movement seems to help your nervous system calm down. It gives your mind space to sort through heavy thoughts.

So when your feet or ankles stop you from walking, you don’t only lose steps but you can also lose one of the most natural ways your brain has to settle.

That’s why I take foot and ankle problems seriously. Not just for your body. For your head too.

Has an injury ever kept you off your feet? Tell me below.

Squatting twice a week but the weight on the bar is not moving up?

The pause squat is an excellent way to improve raw strength at the toughest part - the bottom of the squat.

Pause at the lowest part of your squat for 2-3 seconds for the next 3 weeks and let me know if you improved your personal record.

One of my female clients has been training with me for almost 9 months now.

When she first came to me, she doubted she’d even last 2 months. Her shoulder hurt so much that taking off a jumper was a whole ordeal, and even after physio for her knee, she still avoided walking longer distances. The fear of pain coming back was bigger than the pain itself.

Life wasn’t easy either. Friends around her were dealing with health issues. She and her siblings were caring for her mom, who’s in a fragile state. Her job needed her sharp on top of everything else.
She felt weak but kept pushing. Tired but still smiling. Like she was carrying a stone on her shoulders but still moving forward. Her dream was to run 5k and play padel with her sons and husband. But she couldn’t do any of that.

When she joined, fixing her shoulder was priority #1. But underneath that, she wanted to feel capable of facing whatever life throws at her.

9 months later, she’s in a completely different place. Here’s what made the difference:

1. She had to feel some pain first
She couldn’t get her arm to 90 degrees without pain. You’d think we’d avoid that. We didn’t. We went looking for a little pain on purpose, to teach her nervous system it was safe. Slowly her range opened up, then we loaded it. Now she moves freely in every direction. And she’s strong.

2. Growth happened when she didn’t want to show up
Every time she showed up anyway instead of staying home feeling sorry for herself, that’s when she got stronger.
Doing hard stuff when life is easy is easy. Real growth is doing the easy stuff when life is hard.

3. Sometimes all she needed was to breathe
As a woman over 40, she doesn’t need to grind herself into the ground every session. Some sessions, all we did was breathe to reset her nervous system.

She learned pulling back a notch is still progress. Giving your body and mind what they need right now means waking up tomorrow with more energy, not less.

She wanted more energy and less shoulder pain. What she found was that taking care of yourself isn’t a hot bath and a good book. It’s taking control of your health without hustling for it.

You’ve rested, modified, stretched, strengthened, and followed a random plan.

You’ve done physical therapy.

You’ve seen the specialists.

You’ve followed every health trend on the internet.

And yet

You’re still second-guessing your body.

Still holding back.

Still wondering if this is just “how it’s going to be now.”

That’s the gap I want to close.

“Live More, Hurt Less” isn’t about settling for symptom management or avoiding the things you love.

It’s a personalized, intentional process designed to help you resolve pain, rebuild confidence, and return to the life you actually want to live without compromise.

Here’s what makes it different:

I don’t chase quick fixes.

Pain isn’t random. I look at the full picture: movement, load, recovery, beliefs, habits, and context and address the root problem, not just the loudest symptom.

Clarity over comfort. Always.

You’ll get honest answers, clear expectations, and real education about your body.

That clarity is what creates progress that lasts.

Nothing is generic.

No templates. No cookie-cutter programs.

Your plan is built around your goals, your history, and your real life.

You’re not fragile.

You’re a capable woman who wants their life back.

This is a partnership.

You bring the effort and I bring the strategy, guidance, and accountability.

That’s how confidence and capacity are rebuilt.

The goal isn’t just less pain.

The goal is strength, trust, freedom, and momentum.

I work with women over 40 who feel stuck in a body that no longer matches the life they want to live.

Women who’ve done physical therapy.

Seen the doctors.

Tried strength programs, group classes, and “expert” advice and still don’t have real answers.

You’ve been dealing with pain or issues that won’t resolve.

You’ve done the treatments. You’ve followed the plans.

You’re not looking for another patch or workaround.

You want to feel like you again.

You want a body you can trust again.

You believe in strength but don’t know how to do it correctly.

You’re not new to training and/or sports.

You just need a plan that respects your history, your goals, and your real life.

No cookie-cutter templates.

No group-class chaos.

Just intentional, individualized progression.

You’ve “graduated” from physio therapie but feel stuck in the gap.

You’re cleared
 but not confident.

You want to move, train, and live again without constant hesitation or fear of re-injury.

I don’t do quick fixes or random workouts.

I bridge the gap between rehab and real life.

I rebuild trust in your body, restore confidence, and develop capacity that lasts so you can live more and hurt less, without compromise.

If you’re tired of restarting, guessing, or feeling misunderstood, comment “LIVE MORE” or send me a DM.

Let’s make this the last time you start over.

You’re an active person. Even if pain, hesitation, or old limitations are keeping you from showing up that way right now.

I work with people who’ve tried physical therapy, group classes, and cookie-cutter fitness programs that never addressed the root issue.

People who feel stuck between wanting more from their body and not trusting it to handle the life they want to live.

My job is simple:

help you rebuild trust in your body, restore confidence in movement, and develop strength that actually lasts, so you can live, train, and play on your terms.

This isn’t rehab.

It’s not another workout plan.

It’s coaching built for resolution, not temporary relief.

You just haven’t had someone connect the dots between pain, performance, and daily life yet.

That’s what I do.

Together, we dig deeper than symptoms, build capacity where it matters, and get you back to doing the things that makes you reconnect with yourself and your body.

If you’re ready to stop managing symptoms and start building freedom, comment “LIVE MORE” or send a DM.

The future of health is proactive and it starts here.

“I want my pre-pregnancy body back.”

I hear this so often from women when I ask about why they want to start training.

I ask them: Back to what exactly?

Back to a body that never worked a full time job.

Back to a body that never raised a kid, or two, or three.

Back to a body that never lifted groceries with one arm while trying to start a conversation with a teenager.

Back to a body before you built the life you have now.

That old body was not stronger. It was just younger.

It had other priorities.

You are not the same woman. You built a career. You raised humans. You overcame real obstacles.

So why are you chasing a body from a time before all of that?

Here is an idea. What if instead of going back, we build forward?

A body that can carry your groceries without pain. That can handle your teenager’s eye rolling. That can hike, lift, run for the bus, and still feel good the next day. A body that supports the life you have now, not the one you left behind.

That is what we train for. Not a number on the scale. Not a photo from ten years ago.

Save this if you needed to hear it today.
