🌡️ Het is warm deze week, maar de trainingen gaan gewoon door!

Goed nieuws: de airco staat aan, zodat we samen veilig en comfortabel kunnen blijven sporten. 💪❄️

Denk wel goed aan jezelf:
💧 Drink voldoende water, voor, tijdens en na je training.
🧻 Neem een handdoek mee.
👂 Luister naar je lichaam en neem extra rust als dat nodig is.

Samen maken we er weer mooie trainingen van! Zien wij je op de gym of zit je op het terras 🍷?

This Sunday: The Fighting Experience 👊

Team Buddho will be there with a large group of kickboxers ready to perform at The Fighting Experience! A lot of hard work has gone into the preparation, so it promises to be an exciting day. Want to come and support our fighters? You’re more than welcome!

On Easter Monday Buddho was present at the BJJ tournament Versus in Eindhoven. Both Naser and David earned a medal. Great job guys!

Twee weken geleden namen we afscheid van Alberto, die zich meer dan 12 jaar met hart en ziel heeft ingezet voor Buddho. Dat verdiende natuurlijk een warm en waardig afscheid, samen met leden en familie.
