Today we are working on those lovely rib cracking shots which 's former opponents (and teammates) know so well🤣

Whether it's for myself or my students, I always believe preparation is the key ! For the last fight we trained this Right counter shot maybe 1500 times during camp, so I was super happy to see it there on Fight Night 💥
