Dragging my exhausted mom-bod into the gym at 10:30 AM on a Sunday, expecting a gentle workout... only to find out the gym’s trainer apparently moonlights as a mainstage festival DJ. 🎧🔊

Sir, it is 10:30 AM. Why are we raving to 140 BPM before lunch? 🥗⚡️

My lemon electrolyte drink is no longer necessary—my heart rate is at 160 and I haven’t even touched a barbell yet. 🏋️‍♀️✨

Does your trainer bring festival vibes on a Sunday morning, or is it just my gym?

FAMILY ADVENTURE DAY!

Family fun to the max! Today we took Janela to Fun Forest Almere, and what an unforgettable day it was!

Since they don't have climbing parks like this back on Aruba, it was Janela's very first time experiencing something so adventurous. And let me tell you, she totally rocked it!
It was challenging, super fun, and the best part?

They even have special courses specifically for little ones starting from 4 years old, so everyone can join in on the action.

Building unbreakable family bonds, pushing boundaries together, and sharing new experiences—this is what our health and lifestyle journey is all about. Teamwork and pure family joy! 💪🏼✨

🧆 Homemade Falafel Bowl 🌿

Looking for a delicious, healthy lunch or dinner? Try these easy, crispy baked falafels! Perfect for meal prep and packed with flavor. ✨

Ingredients:
* 400g cooked chickpeas (drained)
* 1 handful fresh parsley
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* ½ tsp salt
* 2 garlic cloves

Optional: 1 finely chopped red onion

Instructions:
1. Blend:Put all ingredients into a food processor or use a hand blender. Blend until it forms a thick, moldable paste—a few chunks are totally fine! It just needs to stick together. (Fold in the chopped onion now if using).
2. Shape: Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a tray with parchment paper and brush with oil. Roll the mix into balls and place them on the tray. Brush the tops with a little oil for that extra crunch.
3. Bake: Bake for 25 minutes until crispy.

Assemble your bowl with your favorite greens, grains, and a drizzle of tahini. Enjoy! 🥣💛
