Hold the mother 🤲💞

It feels like a portal I'm entering and I'm already half way.

This pregnancy is different from my first. Easier in many ways but also unfortunately forcing me to stop dancing for now, due to pelvic floor pains.

But I don't mind slowing down, taking it easy and resting my body. It feels like a natural thing to do while making a little human.

So I am enjoying entering this new phase with ease. 

I am working on my body with faith that I will be able to move comfortably again, whether it will be during the pregnancy or after birth. I have patience.

But when I can, I'll for sure be dancing with my little baby. And I'll be sharing more about pre & postnatal dancing again. So baby mama's, stay tuned 💛

 

My dance classes are more than just dancing. They've always been about Confidence, women feeling comfortable in their skin. Femininity, sensuality, passion. Connection, bonding, sharing. Mental and physical health. Joy, fun and happiness 💕✨

New class dates coming up in Amsterdam! 🌼

It's been a few months due to restrictions but I'm so excited to host pre & postnatal dance classes and sharing circles in Amsterdam again. It's not going to be weekly, so if you want to attend one, make sure to sign up on time!

The classes are suitable for any stage of pregnancy or after birth with your baby in a carrier.

Dance Baby Mama is a safe community for mothers where they get to dance with their babies, building confidence about birth, deepening their connection and bonding with their child, and finding a comfortable space amongst other women to help overcome the challenges that come with motherhood.
