Chipping, the standard chip & run… with the heel of the clubhead just a little bit of the ground. Set-up a little closer to the ball, grip down & make a pendulum movement. Back and forth. Same rythm.

Some of my students are left handed, most of them don’t mind me giving the example in mirror image (right handed), but most of them don’t know I can do it just as well left handed 😂 Explaining rotation from the torso, transition and pressure, and turn through. A little exercise with cross hands & arms. Try it! Left and right. It will increase your flexibility and your body Awareness.
