Starting next week, Glow Yoga is welcoming a wonderful new member to our team!

Ana is a passionate yoga and Pilates instructor, a mathematician, and a mom. Originally from Spain, she has made Maastricht her new home. Ana’s warm, kind personality radiates through her teaching as she blends the strength of power fitness with the wisdom of Vinyasa yoga.

“Yoga quickly became an integral part of my life, helping me connect more deeply with both my mind and body. My goal is to create dynamic, mindful, and inclusive classes that empower students to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm.” 🙏🏼

From 28 December to 4 January the studio will be closed, and on 5 January we will reopen at the new address!

Unlike the chocolate we commonly enjoy, ceremonial cacao is pure and minimally processed, used to support meditation, healing, and introspection.

During a cacao ceremony at Glow Yoga you will drink a warm, rich cacao elixir in a mindful setting, accompanied by meditation, gentle yoga practice and guided reflection, ending with a cup of tea in a circle. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic yoga teacher to become part of our team. Are you passionate about yoga and excited to share it with our yogis? Do you love teaching small groups in a boutique studio setting, where personal attention to every participant comes first? Then this is your chance!

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

🌿 You are a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher with some teaching experience.
🌿 You are available 1 or 2 evenings per week, preferably on Tuesday and/or Wednesday.
🌿 You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
🌿 You are a genuine, open person who connects easily with others and enjoys interaction.

2nd edition of Mama & Baby meeting 🧡
It was wonderful to meet with all the moms (and those still expecting) and their babies! I’ve enjoyed so much helping these amazing women in their pregnancy through yoga, and now seeing them holding their babies just feels so special. Thank you for coming, and thank you for letting me be a part of your prenatal journey. We will meet soon again. 🩷
