A dedicated Classical Pilates & Teacher Training Studio in the heart of Maastricht teaching small group classes, 1-1 and duets on Reformer, Tower, Mat, Chairs & Barrels. Everbody Pilates was Founded by Amy Kellow - an International presenter and 2nd generation teacher - Amy received her training with Pilates Elder Jay Grimes. All teachers at Everybody Pilates are trained by Amy and provide a consistently high level of teaching.

Today was Nicoleta’s last day in the studio before heading off on maternity leave to welcome her little girl🍼

We’re so grateful for all the love and energy she has brought to our community, and we can’t wait for her to begin this beautiful new chapter.

We couldn’t let Mignon leave for her Summer holiday without giving her one last challenge… 😈

We asked our Studio Manager: “What’s the hardest exercise from the Pilates repertoire that she can still do?”

Her answer? Control Balance on the Reformer. 👀
