🔥 MTD WEEK IS HERE 🔥
This week looks a little different… because Maastricht Throwdown is taking over the box.
We start the week with some solid training before the competition floor gets ready.
Monday brings bench press, GHD sit-ups, box step-ups and push-ups.
Tuesday is challenge day with burpees, strict press and push press.
Wednesday keeps it simple and strong with running and deadlifts.
Thursday closes the training week with row, DB front squats and pull-ups.
And then… the box transforms.
Friday: MTD prep day
Saturday: Maastricht Throwdown Day 1
Sunday: Maastricht Throwdown Day 2
The regular box is closed during the event weekend, but the energy will be bigger than ever. Come support, cheer, volunteer, judge, scream, clap and be part of the madness.
It’s not just a competition weekend.

This week has a little bit of everything: heavy bars, fast machines, upside-down moments and just enough lung burn to keep things interesting.
We start strong on Monday with power cleans, push jerks and running.
Tuesday brings squats, rowing and kettlebell goblet squats.
Wednesday is gymnastics day with ring dips, V-ups, strict HSPU and double-unders.
Thursday gets spicy with bike, DB lunges and burpees.
Friday is simple but nasty: deadlifts, kettlebell swings and wall balls.
Saturday is buddy WOD time — row, sync chest-to-bar and toes-to-bar.
Sunday closes the week with squat snatches, overhead squats and running.
Plenty of chances to lift heavy, move fast and GET FIT together!

A little legs, a little lungs, a little gymnastics, and just enough barbell to keep everyone humble.
Monday starts with the classic “why are my legs burning already?” combo.
Tuesday brings pulling, pressing and rowing.
Wednesday: deadlifts, double-unders and a run to clear your thoughts — or lose them completely.
Thursday is for the gymnasty people: RMU, jerks and BMU.
Friday gets heavy with sandbags, cleans, squats and TTB.
Saturday is a buddy WOD, so choose someone you trust… or someone you want to suffer with.
Sunday finishes strong with bench press, KBS, push-ups and rope climbs.

WEEKLY WOD FORECAST
New week, new ways to get fit!
We’re kicking off with legs, hinging and rowing, then rolling straight into double unders, HSPU and snatches. Midweek brings the classic wall ball + run combo, Thursday is all about power cleans and calories, and the weekend? Well… deadlifts, TTB, KBS, wall walks and a spicy Sunday press/burpee situation.
Basically: bring your legs, lungs, grip and a good attitude.

WEEKLY WOD FORECAST
A BIG week ahead at Batteraof!
We kick off Monday with calories, front squats and push presses, then build into a spicy Tuesday chipper with running, kettlebell swings, dumbbell snatches and wall walks.
Wednesday brings the bench press heat, mixed with wall balls, burpees and bike work. Thursday goes classic gritty CrossFit with deadlifts, push-ups and box jumps. Friday is engine day: bike, row, ski.
And then… Saturday = MURPH.
