Curious about Irish dancing? Come join our Open Céilí Workshop!

On May 10th, from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM, we're opening our doors to everyone—all ages and levels welcome—to come experience the joy of Irish céilí dancing!
No previous experience? No problem! You don’t need to be part of our dance school or have any Irish dance background. This is a relaxed, fun-filled workshop where you’ll learn easy group dances in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. It’s free for anyone wanting to try it for the first time!
So grab your dancing shoes (or just comfy sneakers) and bring your friends or family along—it’s all about having fun together!

Our Maastricht class is now on summer break. We will be moving to a new location from August 12th - watch this space for more details.

Classes in Maastricht restart tomorrow(14th August) at 17.00 for children and 18.30 for adults. See you all there.

Irish Dance lessons | Scoil Rince Celtus - School of Irish Dance We offer Irish dance classes for all levels and ages in Duisburg, Dortmund, Dusseldorf, Venlo, Brunssum, and Eindhoven.

I would like anyone who reads or follows this page to make some suggestions that we could use to encourage people to come along and try a class or two.

We have like all sports and activities been struggling to attract new members in the Netherlands since returning from the pandemic break and are now looking for any ideas that may encourage people to get off their sofas and see what is out there to keep them occupied and motivated.

Irish dance like all dance is a sport that requires some effort and practice outside of the regular lessons. It is social and allows you to set targets and goals that keep you moving forward at your own pace.

We offer competitions (age groups for all ages) and levels (beginner to championship) for those who may be interested in that challenge. We also do team (Ceili - kayley)dancing and a mix of soft shoe and hard shoe dances so that there is always something new to learn.

The youngest dancer in the school is 4 years of age and the oldest is 70, so there is no limitation except what you put in place to limit yourself.

We look forward to meeting you or hearing any of your ideas.

The new season is here and Scoil Rince Celtus is looking for new students. We teach both children from 4 years old to adults of any age.
If you are looking for something different to try then we would like to invite you to come along and try a class or two.

On Monday 22nd of August, we will be hosting the Maastricht class in a temporary venue. Our regular venue is currently closed for use. We will be operating the class from 18.00 in Sporthall Geusselt, Olympiaweg 81, 6225XX Mastricht.
Please make sure you are aware of the venue change - behind the Mc Donalds and Stadion Geusselt.

The summer school break is fast approaching but we are happy to announce that we are going to continue with lessons on a weekly basis.

Class on Monday would welcome anyone along to try out a lesson or two (the first 4 lessons are free). We have four nationalities taking part but no Irish or persons with Irish heritage (except the teacher).
Any age, experience, or gender is welcome and we look forward to meeting you all.

Although today is a holiday (Pentecost), we will be hosting a class from 18.30 this evening. If you are interested and have the time we would like to invite you to come along and see what we do.
You can either watch or participate and then you can say that you have tried Irish dancing.

Congratulations to our two new World Champions, Josy Manske and Svenja Stolz. We invite everyone to come along to a class to see what it is we do and how we get to the top of the tree.
Class commences at 6.00pm and goes on until approx 8.30 for all adults. If you have some free time and want to see what it is all about then we invite you to come along and join us.

We are gaining in numbers and it is great to see some new people giving it a go.

We continue to invite anyone with an interest in giving Irish dance a try or rekindling a past passion to come along to the class and join our group. We teach children and adults (separate class times), and the adult class has a range of ages in it as well as skill levels. It is a great way to get fitter and socialize with new people who come from different nationalities and experiences.

You can do 4 weeks for free with no commitment, so there is nothing to lose.
