Saturday October 17 Dance Nijmegen 💃🕺 MIA LAFONTAINE 🎧
Born and raised in Canada but Living in Amsterdam!
With an ear for subtle textures and big beats, Mia delivers an edgy, playful, and textured sound to Ecstatic Dance 💃🏼🕺🏽, with unexpected turns and feminine touches. She chooses music that speaks to the heart, bringing a blend of energy and elegance, shaping each set into a soulful journey. 🤩
Shaped by years of personal practice and work in transformative spaces, she holds a grounded container for self-discovery and connection. 🙏🏼 For her, the dance is a place to meet oneself in the stillness, the discomfort, the chaos, or the collective inspiration of the room—always without the pressure to perform. 💚
