It’s weekend🎈and if you haven’t noticed: the first quarterly of year 2023 it’s almost gone😱6 more days…. Time to: re evaluate, adjust, enjoy and especially stay safe, healthy & happy🎈 #2023 weekend

Yesterday during teambuilding day😎 We had so much fun & lunch was absolutely tasty, can you read that from my face?😉

Since November last year I am a Premium Basic Fit member, and I have to confess: I am enjoying every minute of it. Being able to workout anytime I want (24/7) at any club of my preference makes working out so easy and fun. Now I don’t have any excuse to skip a workout👍

What about “push ups”? Probably the easiest, most effective and t the same time the most forgotten exercise from all. When was the last time you’ve test yourself by doing Push Ups for 5 minutes non stop? Or mixing you Barbell Chest Press set with a 1 minute Push Ups?

Now I can completely focus on my family, friends, sport, work & my study….. I‘ll will let you know when I am getting married 💍😘☀️
