New Class: Mom and Mini Strength starts next week! Join us Tuesdays from 11:00-11:50.
After graduating from our separate baby classes, MOM & MINI STRENGTH combines barre, Pilates, and strength training principles into one balanced, full-body workout. We blend muscular endurance, core work, and functional strength using light & heavy weights, bands, and bodyweight movements to help you feel strong and energized.
Toddlers are welcome to mingle and play, making it the perfect space for moms who want an effective workout in a flexible, kid-friendly environment. Also suitable for pregnant mamas and younger babes that are comfortable relaxing on the floor, while bigger kids are moving around.

is a mom-run business, I am very upfront that my kids will always come first. That means there are often toys somewhere in the background… and sometimes my replies take a little longer than I’d like 🤍
But when it comes to your training, I keep things simple and effective. No fluff, no complicated workouts, just focused classes that help you build strength, reconnect with your core, and make the most of the time you have. 💪
Because as a busy mom myself, I know how valuable that time really is.

We see what we see. But that’s not necessarily reality.
I requested these headshots (a while ago now) because in the last set I was about 6 weeks postpartum and I looked puffy still. But thanks to a good photographer you’d have never seen it if I hadn’t complained to you.
I went in to have some release work done on my csection scar. It’s one of the best she’s seen. But it’s been getting more noticeable to my eye.
We see what we see. But it’s part of my job to help you see what I see. That you are strong and unstoppable and amazing. Join me for a class and I hope you’ll believe me when I say you were amazing ✨

Check your emails… Our move starts now!
I am so excited to be joining forces with to create a community space designed for parents and children. For all the Haarlem Noord mamas hoping for a location more accessible by public transport- here it is!
Be on the lookout for new collaborations, workshops and an expanded class/1:1 schedule in the coming months.
This is the beginning of something great. I can’t wait see how this journey unfolds 🤩

Teaching *can be* super flexible. It allows me more freedom in my schedule and less dependence on (and expense of) childcare.
But it can also be hard days. Waking up before the sun. Heading back out after dark. And some days staying out the whole time.
Luckily for me those days are rare, and I now get to bring my son’s tiny stuffy and “pretend it’s [him]!”
Extremely grateful for what I do - especially Teacher Training on the longer days. But if you’re a fellow FitPro you know that rhythm. While flexibility is a gift, it always comes with trade-offs.
For me, it’s still 100% worth it. When will I see you in class next?

2025 was the year I found balance as a working mom, finally making space for myself and being okay with letting less important things fall behind.
Here’s to more time on my own practice in 2026 🚀

If it feels off, listen.
Pelvic heaviness? Doming? Coning? Back pain?
Those aren’t things to push through.
They’re signals. Your body is asking for a different approach.
You deserve movement that feels good, not movement you have to survive.

Strength doesn’t always looks like heavy weights or fast reps.
Sometimes it looks like slowing down, connecting to your breath, and choosing movements that support where your body is right now.
Intentional movement isn’t a step backward. Use it to set the foundation for every step forward. This is the kind of strength that matters most.
Take your time. Move with purpose. Your body will thank you.
