The response to the retreat announcement has been beautiful.

Several places have already been reserved and the first rooms have been chosen.
A beautiful group is starting to form for this week in the Algarve.

From 29 September – 4 October 2026
we will immerse ourselves in nature, presence and deep practice.

A space to slow down, reconnect and return to what truly matters.

This autumn we gather in the wild nature of the Algarve for a 6-day retreat of yoga, ceremony and deep restoration.

A moment to step out of the rhythm of daily life and reconnect with what truly matters.
Days filled with yoga, meditation, ceremony and time in nature.
Space to move, breathe, slow down and return to yourself.

And of course, we will be nourished with beautiful plant-based meals prepared with care.

Hi, mijn naam is Cecilio 🙏🏼

Met Cshala creëer ik een tempel voor verbinding, een ruimte waar je mag ademen, voelen en thuiskomen in jezelf.

Al ruim 13 jaar bewust onderweg op mijn eigen pad, en vanuit die reis deel ik nu meer dan 8 jaar onder andere yoga en sacred ceremonies. Sinds 5 jaar begeleid ik retraites in binnen -en buitenland waarin alles samen mag komen.

Met yoga, yoga retreats, adem en sacred ceremonies begeleid ik je om weer contact te maken met je hart en je innerlijke kracht.

For five days, you will return home to yourself through yoga, meditation, breathwork, nourishing Ayurvedic meals, and the Algarve sun.
