Summer is here and it will soon be time to hit the beach. Sun's out guns out! It may be too late to get your beach body for this year but now is the best time to start on next years. So now you have a year, but how are you going to achieve it. It's great that you have made the first step but it is the next one hundred steps that are important. The most important thing is to stick at it, try and establish a pattern and make your workout an important part of you weekly schedule not just something that you fit in when possible. Once you have done this then you will start to see real gains. The second most important thing is training in the right way, that is where I come in. Your goals can be achieved in a number of ways but they won't be achieved just by doing something, you need to train smart, and be focused. Spending three hours a week on the treadmill won't be enough, it will help but it won't be enough. You training needs to be varied, goal driven and increasing in intensity. The body needs the stimulus to change, you've decided to try and make that change. Now it's important that you achieve that goal, here is where I come in.

Mijn eerste success verhaal!! In een heel korte perioden van 2 maanden en 9 sessies heb ik een Nederlandse, Redouan klaar gestoomd voor de Leger h test. Na het studeren van het criteria voor de test had ik een programma opgesteld en uitgeveord zodat hij zijn kracht en cardio was klaar gestoomd voor het test. Om gebruik te maken van mijn kennis, ervaring en passie schrijf in bij Jim's Gym.
My first success story! Having been given just two months and only 9 sessions I was able to set up and execute a training plan that allowed a young Dutch boy called Redoaun to pass the Dutch Army physical fitness test. By carefully studying the requirements and focusing on how best to train these elements together we made massive improvements in his strength and cardio vascular capabilities.
