After treatment at your physiotherapist, it is time to hit the gym, but, wisely. We are going to make it fun and effective by targeting the muscles without you knowing it (FUN-ctional) . You'll become confident again in your capabilities of your body.

Thierry trained with me over 2 years, since the opening of Personal Training Club! He came in to learn more about Personal Training.

An experienced runner and cyclist and above all, a business man who leads his business with a winner mentality over years. Lack of strength training, long days of work and lot's of travelling around the world in planes and cars made him more sensitive for injuries on the ankle, knee and hips.

We worked on mobility, stability and lot's of core training. Now that he is moved back to his home in Paris, we both miss the sessions but I am gratefull to say that he is happy what he has learned about training and his body to maintain the exercises by knowledge 🙏đŸŊ

- Stronger core
- Recovered from injuries
- Prevention of potential injuries by a personal program
- Knowledge how to set up his own mobility and stability routine
- Understanding of strength training and how to adjust this in his daily lifestyle

Prepare to sweat!

😓 Disclaimer: foot, ankle, knee and lower back injuries or weaknesses, be cautious when you do this routine, whenever you can choose to do it in a lower intensity and don't jump 🎈

🤗 Basic rule: warm up for 10 min first with core related exercises.

Routine:
- Jump lunges
- Alternate Jump lunges to squat
- Low knee kick
- Step to jump

* Advanced knee to jump

Get the work done before the weekend even started đŸĨ° do this tonight or tomorrow morning ☕

Jammer genoeg werd zijn marathon dit jaar gecanceld 🏃đŸŧâ€â™‚ī¸ Hij had hier keihard voor getraind middels een mooi aangemeten regime. Zoals altijd, gezondheid boven alles. Om er voor te zorgen dat hij fit blijft voor de eerste race die beschikbaar wordt gesteld, trainen wij momenteel nog meer aan zijn postuur en mobiliteit. Om te weten wat geschikt is voor een individu worden er verschillende assesments afgenomen.

Hier een korte weergave van de onderste extremiteiten: enkelgewricht, knie en heupgewricht đŸ’ĒđŸŊ De daadwerkelijke oefenstof zal gericht zijn op het pronotie/supnatie verhouding van de voet, daarmee ook endorotatie van de knie en algehele mobiliteit in zijn heupgewricht.

In zijn oefenprogramma zal dus veelal gewerkt worden met balansoefeningen en laterale (zijwaarts) uitdagingen.
