It's been almost a year that we are dealing with Covid-19. This pandemic has affected people in many ways. The way we come in contact, the way we wtok, the way we eat, the way we socialising, the way we travel,everything. Be believe that in general we have done our best and that we are protected. You are wrong! Mentally we are in a whole another level. We had enough of this, I know it and you know it too. We want to hug, kiss, love, eat, go out, party, see our grandparents, visit our family but the mental part of us still is scared. How to transition from this when it's gonna be over it will be the toughest and most important part of this crazy journey. Take care of your mental health, because in the end, that will be the only thing that will matter to keep your sanity.

. From a skinny 18 year old 1.91cm kid to a 33 year old solid muscled and veined up guy. I have never thought in my life that i would attend this sort of physique. Was it hard? Hell yeah!!! Did it worth it? 100%. If i would break down throughout so many years of training and dieting my first struggles weren't food. It were training principals and exercises that would shape my body. Next obstacle was nutrition. I have tried, experimented, frustrated and alot of times struggled with food. It took me a while till i found out what type of diet suited me best for My needs and My lifestyle. So people, be patient... Building muscle takes time and effort. Food is very important. Treat your body with the proper nutrients it needs and you will see that all those days that you avoided sweets, fast foods and night outs with friends will bring you amazing results. Stay positive, stay motivated.

For the one's that don't know much about me, here are some cool info:
1) I come from a small Greek town called "Loutraki". A very beautiful place that is also very touristic since alot of people choose this destination in the summer.I spent so many memorable moments of my life there.
2) I don't have any brothers or sisters.I am the only child đļ. Although i have always wondered how my life would be if i had.
3)I served the greek army and it was such a unique experience and it gave me some great lessons for life. Since joining the army is mantadory in Greece, i served my country and im proud of it. My most enjoyable moment was when i fired with a weapon for the first time in my life.
