It was so nice to have you over for a few days .ophia! π€ΈββοΈ
It always amazes me how Instagram can serve as a platform to connect and get to know amazing people that live on the other side of the world (in this case quite literally π).
Have safe trips around Europe, and hope that our paths will cross once more in the future πππΌ
Ps: Cray one-arm save right there my friend! πͺ

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure to teach a handstand workshop to a great group of people at .inspiration.dance.studio.
Looking forward to hopefully seeing in time how they apply the tools and principles I shared with them ππ
At the moment I have no workshops arranged for the near future, but Iβve started teaching regular classes at .rotterdam! π€
Very excited for this new collaboration, and for being able to help a nice bunch of people to learn and improve their handstands ππΌ

Yesterday I had some of the best, if not the best, sidebends I've ever done! π
When seeing the video, the recent quote that shared on his feed popped into my mind:
"I have done this before
But not like this".
When training physical activities that require a lot of repetition to improve, sometimes we can fall into the perception that we're just doing the same over and over again.
Tuning into the details of the movement can open up a new broad level of nuances that can elevate that perception.
Yes we do the same thing.
But no we don't do the same thing.
This sidebends video might look almost the same as another one I took last week, but it felt different in those nuances.
Tune into the nuances.
Enjoy your practice! π

Small success on a busy week π
It's been a bit hard to find the time and energy to do proper training sessions the last few days. This is because I'm having some busy sporadic weeks working full time at a new and incredibly promising job opportunity (more on that another time π).
So it's really nice to get this small moments of success! π
Can't remember the last period of time that floor work felt this nice π₯³
Excited for what's to come!

What are the things you want to learn or hear about handstands and how to train it?
I want to start sharing again valuable resources about handstand training, and for that I'd love to hear your doubts, questions or anything else you'd like my opinion on π
Picture from a super nice photoshoot I had with , back in Copenhagen β€οΈ

Handstands on floor are finally seeming to go somewhere π€©
Two days in a row feeling solid and strong can only be the beginning of a lot of good stuff π
So nice to start feeling the outcome of having an ongoing training routine π
Also very curious to see what will come out of this "no canes" period I'm putting myself through.
Trusting and enjoying the process π€ΈββοΈ
