Over four days, we’ll cover how the body works and moves when it’s upside down, how to cue with confidence, how to spot your students safely, and how to structure a lesson that flows. You’ll learn it by doing, surrounded by people who are just enthousiast about Aerial Hoop as you are.
By the end, you’ll have everything you need to run a Aerial Hoop Beginner class that’s safe, and fun; including a toolkit of 50+ beginner moves to build on.
This training is guided by instructors Apple (), Saana (), and Muyun ( ). The program consists of 4 sessions of 5,5 hours with each session focussing on a specific topic like anatomy and technique for example . The homework will take about 3 hours in total. This training is Centraal Register Kort Beroepsonderwijs (CRKBO) recognised.

We proudly completed our 25-hour Pole Beginner Teacher Training last Sunday with 12 dedicated participants! 🔥🥳♥️
Spread over 4 training days across three weeks, the participants worked hard to develop their teaching skills and successfully completed their final assessment by teaching a real class. All participants officially received their certificate. We are very proud of their dedication and growth throughout this journey.

Last Sunday, we held our first show night after the Tarwekamp explosion in 2024. It felt incredibly special to be back at the Ludens Theater, surrounded by so many talented students and instructors. ♥️♥️♥️
Being back on stage reminded us why we do this — not just to perform, but to connect, to support one another, and to share our passion for pole and aerial with our loved ones.
