And that’s exactly why it was perfect! 🔥

Today’s beach training was a true test of character. The conditions were far from easy, every step in the wet sand required extra energy, the wind made the exercises more difficult...

But no one gave up! 👊

Because training is not only about technique and strength. It is also about being ready to take action when things are uncomfortable, difficult, and fatigue starts to set in.
