Influenced by hip hop and the vibrant London music scene, she integrates her background in capoeira and cultural studies. Her creative and academic work focuses on transmitting ancestral and embodied knowledge from the African diaspora. Through her art and the Unspoken Podcast, she fosters spaces for dialogue, reflection, and collective empowerment.✨

She’s been a leading figure in capoeira in the Netherlands, running her school Semente with passion since 2003.
