MTECK CRANES legt de laatste loodjes van de volledig elektrische, multifunctionele accukraan. Hiermee zet MTECK Cranes een grote stap in de verduurzaming van de zware bagger en overslag industrie. Met de ontwikkeling van de eerste volledig op accu’s aangedreven multifunctionele draadkraan, bieden wij een direct antwoord op de groeiende vraag naar emissieloos bouwen, baggeren en hijsen.
Terwijl de markt zoekt naar oplossingen om CO2- en stikstofuitstoot terug te dringen, realiseert MTECK The Dutch Crane Manufacturer deze. De nieuwe accukraan (onderdeel van de innovatieve MTECK 200E-serie) combineert de legendarische betrouwbaarheid en kracht van zware Hollandse machinebouw met de duurzame accutechnologie van de toekomst.

100% emissieloos op locatie!
Dankzij het geïntegreerde high-performance batterijpakket werkt de kraan volledig zelfstandig en 100% emissieloos. Geen uitstoot van schadelijke stoffen, maar wel de directe, brute kracht en het maximale koppel dat men van een elektrische aandrijving mag verwachten.De machine is bovendien fluisterstil. Dit maakt de kraan bij uitstek geschikt voor binnenstedelijke projecten, werkzaamheden nabij ziekenhuizen en projecten in kwetsbare Natura 2000-natuurgebieden waar strenge geluids- en emissienormen gelden. Met het slimme Plug & Play laadsysteem kan de machine bovendien eenvoudig via een standaard netaansluiting of lokale stroomvoorziening worden bijgeladen tijdens dal uren.
MTECK neemt hierbij een voorsprong bij duurzame aanbestedingen.
De druk vanuit overheden en opdrachtgevers om klimaatneutraal te bouwen neemt in sneltreinvaart toe. Met deze innovatie uit Stellendam hebben aannemers en waterbouwers een cruciale troef in handen bij inschrijvingen op projecten met strenge Milieukostenindicatoren (MKI). MTECK bewijst hiermee dat maximale productiviteit en absolute verduurzaming hand in hand gaan.

We’re open throughout the summer holiday period.

Even with a smaller team on site, we’re continuing to make great progress. We’re currently completing the assembly of our first MTECK battery-powered wire rope crane.

This marks an exciting step towards more innovative and sustainable solutions. We look forward to sharing more updates on the project’s progress soon.

From transportation to final assembly – watch the timelapse of our third MTECK 825E Dragline coming to life in Florida.

With this machine now fully commissioned, three MTECK draglines are operating at full production on the Everglades Restoration Project. As one of the largest ecosystem restoration projects in the world, it demands reliable, high-performance equipment—and our fully electric draglines are delivering exactly that.

This is another great example of Dutch engineering supporting large-scale infrastructure and environmental restoration projects around the globe.

Another important milestone for MTECK CRANES The Netherlands!!!

The third fully electric MTECK 825E dragline is currently being assembled in Florida, USA for our higly valued customer North American Mining.

Once commissioned, the machine will be deployed on the Everglades Restoration Project in Central Florida, one of the largest environmental restoration initiatives in North America.

Since the beginning of this year, a new MTECK 2100E equipped with a 21-yard bucket and an MTECK 825E featuring an 8.5-yard bucket have been successfully operating on the project.

The use of fully electric draglines contributes to more efficient and sustainable ex*****on of large-scale civil and environmental projects. We are proud that our equipment is playing a role in restoring one of the world's most unique ecosystems.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication, expertise, and commitment of our team and trusted suppliers. We are extremely proud of everyone involved in making these projects a success.

Another MTECK dragline leaves the factory in The Netherlands!!

Transport has started for the third MTECK825E dragline for our highly valued customer North American Mining. This second-generation 825E by MTECK will be deployed on the Everglades restoration project in Florida.

The previous 825E was delivered and commissioned in April and has been operating successfully ever since, running between 18 and 20 hours per day, seven days a week.

In June, the new MTECK825E will be assembled and prepared for operation on site.

MTECK draglines are heavily engineered for maximum reliability under demanding conditions. Built on decades of experience in duty cycle cranes and draglines. These machines combine high performance with outstanding energy efficiency.

Another important step forward in delivering sustainable and reliable solutions for large-scale infrastructure and environmental restoration projects.

Proud to share that MTECK The Dutch Crane Manufacturer has the honor of supplying a new duty cycle clamshell crane for Damen Shipyards Gorinchem.
The crane will be one of the 300 series: a 316E full-electric heavy-duty dredging crane, featuring an operational grab load (including content) of 16 metric tons and a lifting capacity of 30 metric tons.

UK Dredging has signed a contract with Damen for the construction of this new trailing suction grab hopper dredger, which will be equipped with the MTECK 316E.

Based on Damen’s TSHD 1000 design, the vessel has been customised to meet operational requirements. It will support essential maintenance dredging across UK ports, helping to maintain safe navigational depths and reliable vessel access.

This DAMEN TSHD 1000 will feature diesel-electric propulsion with energy storage and ULEV-compliant exhaust aftertreatment. This aligns perfectly with MTECK Cranes from Stellendam, leveraging the company’s extensive experience with electric cranes. The advanced MTECK crane software is designed to ensure very low energy consumption combined with high energy recovery.

Construction will take place at Damen’s Ha Long Shipyard, with the vessel expected to enter service in 2028.
