Touch Rugby is een snelgroeiende variant van rugby die over de hele wereld wordt gespeeld door mannen en vrouwen. Touch Rugby wordt gespeeld zonder contact, zoals tackles, scrums, rucks en mauls. Het maakt de sport daardoor heel dynamisch en toegankelijk voor iedereen.

Iedereen is daarom welkom op de open dagen; jong, oud, beginnend, gevorderd, noem maar op! Maak het een leuke familiedag uit : )

These open days are for anybody who is interested in trying a new sport or wanting to get back into the sport. Touch Rugby is a fun, simple, fast-paced rugby variant with touches instead of tackling. It is an exciting and inclusive game for players of all ages and genders. Touch develops a wide variety of skills in a minimal contact environment and can be played at a competitive level or at a social level.

9:30 - 10:00 Introductie / introduction Touch Rugby
10:00 - 11:30 Touch Rugby oefenvormen / drills
11:30 - 12:30 Korte wedstrijden / short games

Mocht je beide dagen niet mee kunnen doen, kies er dan voor om geheel gratis mee te trainen op de volgende dagen:

If you can not make it one of these days, feel free to join one of the training sessions. The first three training sessions are for free.

Maandag/Monday: 19:15 - 20:30 (volwassenen/adults)

Zondag/Sunday: 10:00 - 11:30 (jeugd/youth)
