易 · To Change
Most people think the I Ching (易經) is about fortune telling.
It’s actually a book about change.
易 means change — the idea that nothing stays the same.
Every challenge, every season, every emotion is in motion.
Yoga doesn’t stop that change.
It teaches us how to move with it — including moving with your age 😉
瑜伽不是要對抗改變,而是學習如何與變化共處,包括與你的年齡共處。

Everything is changing. That is the wisdom of Yin and Yang.”
Ancient Chinese philosophy teaches us that life is constant change.
Yoga teaches us how to move with that change.
Together, they remind us that balance isn’t standing still…
It’s learning when to be soft,
and when to be strong.

Not a formula. A living rhythm.
Eight hours of sleep. Daily movement. Clean eating. All correct — and still just one piece of the puzzle.
睡滿八小時、每天運動、飲食乾淨——都對,但也都只是「一片」而已。
The body was never linear. Qi and blood shape your meridians, meridians shape your emotions, emotions shape digestion, digestion shapes your energy all day. Change one thing, and the rest stays exactly where it was.
身體從來不是線性的,改變一件事,其他的還在原地。
Real attunement asks for three things:
🌿 Sensing Body — turn inward instead of fighting outward
🌊 Flowing Meridian — let qi move, don’t let it stagnate
🍃 Seasonal Awareness — follow the rhythm, don’t resist it
真正的調頻需要:感知身體、流動經絡、季節覺知。
You haven’t failed. Your body has just been waiting for a whole rhythm — not another checklist.
妳沒有失敗過,只是一直在等一個更完整的節奏。

☯️Yin and Yang like never before☯️ in Inner Embassy
🙏What if you didn’t have to hold it all together?🙌🏻
So much of modern life asks us to be productive, organised, and constantly moving forward. We hold tension in our bodies without even realising it.
What if movement could feel less like something to achieve and more like something to return to?
🌞XL YinYang Yoga – Flowing with Chi - with Hiko Chen, a Summer Series🌛
📅 Saturday 21 June | 13:00–15:00
📆 also 19 July and 23 August 13:00-15:00
Join Hiko for a special extended practice inspired by his Taiwanese roots, weaving together the wisdom of Chinese meridian theory, Buddhist philosophy, and embodied movement.
Rather than approaching yoga as a series of fixed shapes, you’ll move like a river—through fluid, wave-like sequences that awaken joint mobility, encourage natural transitions, and invite the body’s internal energy, or *chi*, to flow freely.
From this gentle Yang practice, the workshop gradually unfolds into a deeply nourishing Yin experience, where longer-held postures create space for the body to release, restore, and settle. Hiko weaves reflections inspired by Buddhist philosophy that invite a quieter conversation with yourself around balance, impermanence, and presence.
Fittingly, this workshop takes place on **International Yoga Day**—a reminder that yoga was never meant to be about performance or perfection, but about cultivating a deeper relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
☝🏻This is not about performing yoga.
❤️It’s about remembering what it feels like to move naturally, breathe deeply, and simply be.🙏
We would love for you to join us for this unique experience.
Most people think Yin Yoga is only stretching.
But Yin was never created just to “be flexible.”
In XL YinYang, we explore the deeper layer of Yin Yoga:
✨ the meridian system
✨ the energetic body
✨ emotions stored in the fascia
✨ balancing Yin & Yang energy through practice
Each posture affects different meridian pathways connected to organs, emotions, and vitality according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This is not only a physical practice.
It is a nervous system reset, an energetic balancing, and a way to reconnect to yourself deeply.
Join me for an XL YinYang experience❤️
See you on 21 June, 19 July & 23 Aug🥳

Thank you for showing up ✨
Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Join us on 21 March at Inner Embassy Open Day for a day of movement, stillness, and community.
Experience free yoga classes, pranayama, satsang, sound bath, and Ayurvedic massage.
A space to nourish body, mind, and heart.
Everyone is welcome.
Yin Yoga is a slow and passive practice, where we stay in postures for longer periods of time.
This allows the fascia and deeper tissues to soften and open, gently stimulating the meridian system and supporting the internal organs.
Yin Yoga helps reset the nervous system,
release deeply held tension,
and restore inner balance.
In my classes, I include gentle movements between postures to keep circulation smooth and supportive,
so the body feels safe, fluid, and integrated throughout the practice.
