So excited to get my certificate today from my Teachers, Yahel and Hila.
They have been with me through thick and thin, and have put in a lot of hours in order for me to finish this program.
I appreciate both of you greatly and glad that I had you to guide me through this process.

After 3 and a half years, yesterday I passed my final exam and I finally finished Romana’s Pilates training.
Thanks Marjorie and Jane for everything. And thanks to my friends for a great last 2 weeks in the Hague.

Someone asked me if I went back to work after I finished treatment. Truth it I never stopped working. I found this picture of me teaching (way in the background) one day after my first chemo treatment. I kept working as much as I could and it made all the difference for me.

I’ve stayed away from posting the past six months but I feel it’s time! I put my bald head in my stories yesterday and many had questions. So here’s a recap for you all
April 2021 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. A small tumor (less than 1 cm) found in a routine check up. Since my sister had breast cancer at 30 I got checked out regularly since I was 20. That’s the only reason I found it so early!
June 2021 had a lumpectomy, End of July started chemo, had 4 rounds (just to be safe!) and now I’m finishing with Radiation therapy. I only have a few more weeks of treatment left and hopefully then I can put this whole thing behind me forever!
Oh so many teasers today 😵 at least with the spine corrector you get that nice stretch back

I have knocked knees, so if I do this exercise with my heels together my ankles do all these crazy things. But doing it parallel without the airplane board is really tough! So we put a pillow there to add to my stability. But then to keep my knees from collapsing we put the band around my thighs making this already terribly difficult exercise all that much harder! But it felt much more in control and in my powerhouse.
