🥰 Are you ready to explore a loving relationship with yourself and your partner in a deeper, embodied way? Then join us for a unique afternoon, co-creating a magical experience with someone you love dearly.

🤸‍♂️ In this 2.5 hour workshop you and your partner will travel through an embodied and fun yoga practice – to rekindle and deepen your connection to yourself and to each other. 🙏🏼

🌈 We will explore movement, touch and breath work both individually and together – and there will be lots of time to play and laugh. 😊

The balls are back in town 🤩

I'm back from my summer break and can't wait to start the new season with another Yin & Myofascial Release special on Saturday 27 August at Wrkshop VN 😍

Enjoy a 75 minute class with a flowy mix of Yin Yoga and Myofascial release with tennis balls. Together we'll take our time to relax from a busy week, restore our energy and get more flexible.
