A Summer of Sunshine & Soul ☀️🧡

I’ve always believed that summer isn’t something to squeeze in around life.

It IS life and one that is slower and sweeter somehow!

Longer evenings. Bare feet. Time outside. More laughter. More breathing space. More opportunities to remember what really matters.

So rather than carrying on as usual, I’ve created a summer that reflects exactly that.

You’ll find me teaching yoga beneath the trees at De Verademing, gently un-busying ourselves on Thursday evenings in the Gallery,
I will be enjoying the odd day off too!
At the end of August The Summer Shenanigans summer week will begin with Yin & Tonic by the Sea and end with a Soul dance session in the chapel….
I’m offering private yoga sessions that can become your own mini-retreat, and continuing to accompany women through Soul Immersion Coaching.

I’ve also added another Soul Immersion Day – on the 13th of September in the Forest, Dunes & Sea, because after our last day together of “pure magic” I knew I wanted to create that experience again.
