u're welcome to join the expedition team. We organize sailing & outdoor expeditions in the northern part of Norway. We have a summer and winter program. Our expedition ship, The North Face, is a 50ft IOR offshore racer. It's a spectacular and sturdy sailing vessel that has had numerous technical
and functional upgrades to serve as an expedition boat. Experience life on board a former ocean racer and become a member of the expedition team. You can download our expeditions program from our website. DUTCH:
Zeilexpedities.nl organiseert avontuurlijke zeil en outdoor expedities naar spectaculaire en relatief verlaten gebieden. De expedities zijn bedoeld voor mensen die geen moeite hebben met basic reizen en off the beaten track willen. Tijdens de expedities worden activiteiten als trekkings, beklimmingen en andere verkenningen ondernomen. Ook kan worden gedoken (scuba diving) of kan met de kajaks die we aan boord hebben gevaren worden. Er zijn tenten aan boord en je kan dus wild kamperen op afgelegen plekken waar we aanleggen of een meerdaagse trekking doen. De bestemmingen in 2015 is het noordelijk deel van Noorwegen. De verschillende expedities zijn stuk voor stuk spectaculair. We hebben een winter en een zomer programma. Het expeditieschip - The North Face - is een 50 voet IOR offshore racer. Een stoer en snel schip waarop je actief meezeilt. Alle expedities hebben qua programmering een open karakter, dat ruimte geeft voor individuele wensen en interesses. Winter continues in northern Norway and there is almost no darkness anymore (thanks to the arrival of the midnight sun). September is one of our favorite months. The trees get their autumn colors, the northern lights are back and in the forest, we can search for chanterelle (a great mushroom that can be used in many dishes.
