Great success with Online classes
As the Covid-19 restrictions have been extended, we also see more clients starting with the Online mat and private classes. Therefore, we have increased our online mat classes from 5 to 7 classes per week. You are curious how it works ? Join one of these online classes. Online mat classes:

Yesterday we did our first online interactive mat class successfully. After a week of preparations and looking for the best way how to set it up, we had 7 clients online with one of our teachers, who used the video to provide instructions and corrections. It was a great experience and up to the next online class!

Today we will also have our first online private mat session. Specially now that all sport centers/ Pilates studios are closed, do not sit only on the couch watching Netflix, join one of our online mat classes and before you know you will get in shape before the summer starts as "The summer bodies are made in the spring" 😊.

Workshop 2019: “2 days workshop with Michael Fritzke and Ton Voogt”

De Pilates Studio – Palma Personal Training is proud to announce two days workshop with master teachers Michael Fritzke and Ton Voogt on 14th and 15th of September 2019.

During this weekend, we will cover the following 4 topics:
1: Reformer on the wall units/Cadillac (3 hours)
2: Barrels (3 hours)
3: Reformer on the mat (3 hours)
4: The spine (3 hours)
