On Sunday, June 28th, Nirvana will be just a little more French.

Since opening, we've noticed that Scheveningen has a surprisingly large French community, with many French-speaking climbers among our regulars. To show our appreciation, we thought it was time to organize something especially for you.

A couple of weeks before the French National Day on July 14th, we invite you to celebrate French For Free at Boulderhal Nirvana. Just to get you in the mood. 👨🏻‍🎨🥐🇫🇷

Got a French passport? Show it at the desk and climb for free.

No French passport? No problem. Impress our staff with your French touch and we might let you in for free. But make a little effort. 😉

Everyone else climbs for just €10, including rental shoes.

Expect a Fête de la Musique-style playlist, Bal des Pompiers vibes, and a cheerful celebration of the French community around Scheveningen.

Never climbed before? No worries at all. We'll have plenty of climbers around who can help you discover the sport and get you started on the wall.

Nirvana Craft Beer Bar 🍻

Friday the 5th of June "Have A Few" is taking over the Nirvana bar with a fresh selection of craft beers!

We’d love to see the bar become even more of a place where people stay, hang out and enjoy a good beer together after climbing.

And for this evening we’re staying open extra late till 01:00 👀

⚠️ Important reminder: Beer after bouldering. Not before 😉

Monday May 25th is Whit Monday, so we’ll be open from 09:00 until 23:00.

And like every Monday, we’ll be setting a full fresh new set of boulders for you all 💪.

Meaning that many of you have a day off.

And because there is nothing you would like to do more then bouldering on your day of we will open our doors from 09:00 to 23:00!

We'll do it again! Technique Course A

Starting Wednesday, June 10th at 19:30. Ready to refine your bouldering technique?

In Technique Course A, we focus on moving more efficiently and with more control on the wall.

Over three weeks, you’ll work on:
- Foot swaps and precise footwork
- Dynamic movement
- Body positioning and balance
- Using your center of gravity effectively

This course is all about applying technique consciously, so you can climb smoother, stronger, and with less wasted energy.

Who is this course for?
You should be comfortable climbing level 5 boulders, so you have enough endurance to fully focus on technique.

Join us tomorrow night for the weekly Meet Up!
Meet Up with Floor, one of the trainers present to answer all your bouldering questions.

You can join weekly on Wednesday from 20.00 until 22.00. The Bouldering Meet Up is for everyone who would like to boulder together.

🧗🏻‍♀️All levels are welcome and a trainer will be present to give you tips & tricks. ❤️

✅ The event is community driven and will require no extra fee, just the regular entrance price (or subscription/punch card).
