Let’s welcome our highly experienced and passionate Bikram Yoga teacher, Tori! Originally from the USA, Tori has called Barcelona, Spain, home for many years.

“I started practicing Bikram yoga in 2007 and have been in love with the practice ever since. This practice has allowed me to become stronger and more flexible, physically as well as mentally. I started teaching Bikram yoga in 2010 and have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to teach around the world. I like that this practice is accessible to us regardless of our physical ability. I love how we have the potential to transform ourselves with each class. Where else can you walk into a room one way and leave, 90 minutes later, a better you? I feel so grateful to be able to share my passion for this practice.”

Join us for a meditative listening journey that immerses you in soothing sounds and vibrations. A sound bath is a powerful practice that provides a simple yet effective way to release tension in your body and mind, improve sleep, and cultivate inner peace.

During this session, Keenan will play the singing bowls and other musical instruments, stimulating your natural healing capabilities through deep relaxation. The gentle sounds create an atmosphere filled with soft waves of sound, nourishing the emotions and memories you bring, allowing you to carry that sense of ease into the real world.

✨About Keenan Zach✨

Keenan Zach is an artistic researcher and musician native to New York, USA, whose current interests include the relationship between sound and meaning.

Before moving to The Hague in August 2025, Keenan completed a Doctorate of Musical Arts at Stony Brook University and was an active freelance performer on the contrabass in jazz, classical, electro-acoustic, and baroque music.

In the last few years, Keenan’s passionate connection to music has led him to explore sound and music in a holistic way, seeking to connect with sound in ways that stimulate the natural healing capabilities of the body. To facilitate this investigation, Keenan has studied with experienced sound healers and continues to deepen his own relationship with the interaction of energy and matter. Fundamental to Keenan’s approach to sound healing is the philosophical and spiritual idea that the intentional use of sound can create a portal through which relaxation and healing can permeate the present, past, and future
